Observation

At your inspection on 12/19/22 you stated you are using the back bedroom for childcare purpose. The exit leading outside(room used for 2's and 3's) has stairs leading to the ground level has an open stairway and platform. Railing is required around areas without stairs and handrail with slats leading down the stairs. See WAC for height requirements when installing railing and a handrail.
